- Pumpkin seeds

- Linseed (Flaxseed)

- Psyllium husk
- Water
Instructions for homemade seed crackers
To make these tasty & crunchy seed crackers:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F/ appr. (180 °C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
2. Combine all seeds and psyllium husk in a bowl, adding water to create a dough-like consistency.
3. Spread the mixture thinly on the baking sheet and bake until crisp. A cake spatula works well for this.
4. To get crispy seed crackers, take the baking sheet from the oven after 15 minutes and turn the seed plaque. Then, after 15 minutes turn again, and one more time until the bottom and top of the seed crackers are equally crispy.
4. Let cool, then break into cracker-sized pieces.
